
Submit your artwork to the Annual Juried Student Art Show by March 18
All Carthage students are invited to submit artwork for the 2025 Annual Juried Student Art Show. Submissions are due at 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, March 18.
Each student may enter up to three works of art. Artwork must have been completed during the years attending Carthage. It can be work made for a class assignment or outside of a class.
The application is free and easy, and accepted students can receive monetary awards, including Best of Show and Purchase Awards. If you have questions about how to prepare your work or about the form itself, please email a studio art faculty member for assistance:

Students will be notified of their acceptance by Thursday, March 20.
Below is the timeline for the exhibition process:
- Submission Deadline: 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, March 18.
- Jurying: Wednesday, March 19
- Notification of Acceptance: Thursday, March 20
- Artwork Drop-off/Delivery Dates: Friday, March 21-Saturday, March 22
- Exhibition: Wednesday, March 20-Wednesday, March 27
All artwork accepted must be delivered to the Visual and Performing Arts Lab (located next to the Art Gallery) on Friday, March 21 through Saturday, April 5.
High-quality digital photograph printing sessions take place on campus Friday, March 21 and/or Saturday, March 22. The printing location and sign-up schedule are to be distributed with selection announcements.
